RSC has been a bastion of sports development in the country, and nowhere is this more visible today than in the many junior development programmes we run. Our Junior Soccer Development Programme (JSDP) in particular, run under the auspices of the Soccer Section, is a comprehensive and growing programme that is creating a solid base of football talent at a grassroots level.
